The 18th Rotary District Assembly is scheduled for 4 May, 2008 at the Mount Lavinia Hotel (http://www.mountlaviniahotel.com) from 9.00 a.m. to 5.30p.m., organised by the Rotary Clubs of Colombo Regency & Mount Lavinia.
The purpose of the Rotary District Assembly (an Annual Club Leaders Training Meeting) is to prepare key incoming Rotary Club Leaders - Club Officers & Chairman for Rotary 2008-9. Registration Forms are with the President's Elect. Click on http://www.rid3220assembly2008.blogspot.com/
Register by 24 April, - Rs.1,800/- Per Rotarian/Spouse.
Thereafter - Rs.2,000/- Per Person. 1 Registration Form per Club.

08.00 a.m. - Spot Registrations @ Rs.2,000/- per person.
09.10 a.m. - Opening Plenary Session - "Make Dreams Real"
10.30 a.m. - Tea Break
10.50 a.m. - 7 Concurrent Sessions - Role & Responsibilities + Developing Goals (Pres. Elect & V.P./ Secy. & Treasurer/ Club Admin./ Service Projects - Community, Vocational, Youth etc./ TRF / Membership & P.R.). For Pres.2009-10 a 1 hour Session.
12.50 p.m. - Lunch
01.50 p.m. - As Club Teams: Finalising Club Goals/ Prob. Solving
03.00 p.m. - Tea Break
03.20 p.m. - District Business Plenary Session
03.50 p.m. - District Awards/ Recognition 2007-8
05.00 p.m. - Closing Plenary Session
05.30 p.m. - 18th Rotary District Assembly comes to a close.
