Given below are the few Clubs which have not yet reported the Club Officers for Rotary 2008-9. The information must be submitted immediately. If not, the President Elect & Secretary Elect will not receive important communications from Rotary International and the proper Club information won't be included in the RI Official Directory.
Unreported Clubs: Colombo Reconnections, Dickoya, Jaffna, Mount Lavinia, Negombo & Rangiri Dambulla.
The information can be updated in any of the following ways:
1. Current club officers can update it through member access;
2. Current Club Secretary can fill out by double clicking on - Official Directory Data form, then scan and email it to: data@rotary.org or
3. Fax it to Rotary South Asia Office at 91-11-42250191 or 192.
