The District English Teacher Training Programme orginsed by the Rotary Clubs of Colombo Millenium City and Ratnapura was held from 27-29 August, 2008. Rotary Clubs nominated the 30 English Teachers to benefit from this well organised residential training programme. Rtn. PP.
