Every Rotary club should periodically conduct true community needs assessments and identify the most deserving 3 to 5 service projects (small & large) and then make a basic project proposal for each - stating the true need, proposed action, beneficiaries, itemised cost, committee members, contact details etc., and then list these projects on the RI - World Community Service web site. To obtain/fill the WCS project proposal FORM (double click on) World Community Service Project Data Form (784-EN) or visit http://www.rotary.org/RIdocuments/en_pdf/784en.pdf.
Complete this WCS Form and email it as an attachment to RI with a copy to Dist. WCS Chairman 2008-9, Rtn. PP. Delip Fernando - rotary.delip@gmail.com with a copy to your AG & DG too.
