Pls list the venue

First choice is Habarana/Sigiriya if not Kandy. Down South, Negombo or even Colombo only if we cannot get favourable rates. Negotiating with JKH and Jet Wing to keep it below Rs.12,000/- for a double room for 2nights (28th-30th March). This is per couple (Spouses are most welcome) or on sharing basis.

Ceylon Traveller said...

All participants must confirm & pay in advance. We need to confirm the required Rooms + make full payment by 28th March. Trust all will ensure that this is done.

Bus Count is yet low
Need 30 for the 1300 rate

Some wants to join the return journey

Fare remains the same.

Please confirm even return bookings as I need the count to calculate the final fare.

Donald Gaminitillake said...

Why don't you publish the tentative program as soon as possible

Then members would know exactly when to be sober

Unknown said...

As Donald mentioned we should let have the program soon as possible. Coz some are wondering what are we going to do for 3 days!

Ashad

There is work for 3 days

Getting to know the AG'S their role of work and many more.

It is high time to know at least the tentative plan. Naturally there may be some changes later.

Since the cost of traveling is going up I thought that the Bus would be in high demand but the count is very low as 15. I have 20+ seats.
