RI - Club Officers' Kit

As discussed at the Pres. Elect & Sec. Elect meeting held on 1st Dec., it is important that you share the Club Officers' Kit with your Club Team members. Immediately give the Sec. Elect the Club Secretary's Manual & photo copy the Club Treasurer Section from this and give it to your Treasurer Elect. Also provide your selected Club Committee Chairman with the Club Committee Manuals so that they could better prepare a plan of action. Convene a meeting of your Board members and the 5 committee chairman selected by you within 1 week of your Club AGM (to be held before 31st Dec., 2007). *2 Dec., 2007
