RI stipulates that all Presidents Elect shall attend the
Presidents Elect Training Seminar (PETS). The main purpose of PETS is to develop Club Presidents who have the necessary skills, knowledge, and motivation to create or maintain an effective Club as defined by the RI Board. RI recommends that expenses be paid by the Clubs/ District (As it stands, RI Dist. 3220 does not collect/ allocate District Funds towards PETS) .
